The Download module provides the reference genome sequences, GFF3/GTF annotation files, CDS coding sequences, and PEP protein sequences for the H1/H2 haplotypes of Eucalyptus regnans and Eucalyptus grandis, which are independently generated by our laboratory through experiments. Users can click the links to download and use these data directly.
